rise 2.3% to $1.05
    ** Co says it has entered into an exclusive, three-year
agreement with Indian co Spectra Medical India Pvt Ltd
    ** The agreement is for the distribution of its acne
treatment system TheraClearX, VTRAC lamp systems, and psoriasis
and vitiligo treatment laser XTRAC in India
     ** Co expects to receive regulatory approval in India
during Dec 2023
    ** Stock up ~33% YTD
