Australia's Emerge Gaming gains on subscribers' growth in MTN Arena

** Shares of Emerge Gaming  EM1.AX  jump as much as 15.2% to
A$0.038, their biggest intraday percentage gain since Feb 10
    ** The online eSports operator says since launch in early
July 2020, ~225,000 paying subscribers have registered on MTN
Arena platform, with ~105,000 new subscribers registering in the

    ** Says the platform continues to acquire new registered
subscribers and generate revenue on a daily basis with MTN
accelerating its marketing activities 
    ** Stock set to hit its highest since March 29
    ** Nearly 10 mln shares changed hands, compared with 30-day
average volume of ~6 mln shares
    ** Stock down 58.2% this year, as of last close
