Notice of AGM 2024 and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Strip Tinning Holdings plc (AIM: STG), a leading supplier of specialist
connectors to the automotive sector, announces that it has today published and
posted copies of the Group's Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual
General Meeting.

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am on 23(rd) May
2024 at the offices of Singer Capital Markets at 1Bartholomew Lane, London,
EC2N 2AX.

 

Shareholders wishing to ask a question to be considered at that meeting are
invited to send their questions by email to shareholders@striptinning.com. The
voting results will be published on the website after the meeting has
finished.
