 Director and PDMR Dealings
Strix Group Plc (AIM:KETL), the AIM quoted global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other complementary water temperature management components, has been notified that Mark Bartlett, the Chief Executive Officer and Raudres Wong, the Chief Financial Officer have disposed of 1,100,000 and 500,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") respectively in light of the crystallisation of personal tax liabilities relating to Company options and property investments.  
 
Mark Bartlett and Raudres Wong have undertaken that they will not dispose of any further Ordinary Shares for the 12 months following this announcement. As a result of these transactions, Mark Bartlett and Raudres Wong's holdings in the Company now comprise of 1.2% and 0.9% of the issued share capital respectively.
 
Frank Gao, the Chief Operating Officer also disposed of 206,173 Ordinary Shares leaving him with no residual holding in the Company.
