    ** Electronic products manufacturer gets commitments for
A$1.337 mln ($828,405.20) through single-tranche placement
    ** Issue price of A$0.52 represents 10.6% premium to last
close
    ** Co says proceeds will be used for product development and
manufacturing capacity expansion
    ** Stock fell ~4% last year
