** Shares of Structural Monitoring Systems  SMN.AX  fall as
much as 7% to A$0.465, their biggest intraday percentage loss
since Jan 9
    ** Stock hits its lowest level since Jan 19
    ** The sensor technology co says its metal crack detecting
comparative vacuum monitoring (CVM) sensor is facing issues in
receiving certification from Boeing  BA.N  
    ** Says timeline for Boeing project will have to be updated
    ** Adds CVM recorded no revenue during second quarter, while
reporting A$0.12 mln in revenue over half year 
    ** About 85,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 36,480
    ** SMN stock rose 43.5% last year
