India's Subros rises on Q2 profit jump

** Shares of thermal products maker Subros  SUBR.NS  rise
3.4% to 693.70 rupees
    ** Co reports a 36% rise in Sept-qtr consol profit to 364.2
million rupees ($4.3 million), while revenue from ops rose about
2%
    ** SUBR on track for third straight session of gains
    ** Busiest session in about two months; more than 197,000
shares change hands, three times the 30-day avg. 
    ** Stock has gained ~27% so far this year vs a 56% rise in
peer Fiem Industries  FIIN.NS
