Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of 
the Company at its meeting held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, has approved 
the following:  
 
1. Appointment of Mr. Kewal Handa as a Chairman and Independent Non-Executive 
Director of the Company, w.e.f. November 5, 2015 to fill in the casual vacancy 
caused by resignation of Mr. Bharat Patel.  
 
2. Appointment of Mr. Sunirmal Talukdar as an Independent Non-Executive 
Director of the Company, w.e.f. November 5, 2015 to fill in the casual vacancy 
caused by resignation of Mr. Y. H. Malegam.
