** Shares of Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd  SUMH.NS  rise as
much as 2.8% to 421.40 rupees
    ** The insecticides and pesticides maker's stock post their
sharpest intraday pct gain since March 16
    ** About 312,695 SUMH shares change hand in a block deal as
of 2:22 p.m. IST, at 406 rupees per share
    ** Stock continues trading below its 50-, 100-, and 200-day
moving averages
    ** More than 713,100 shares change hands by 2:25 p.m. IST,
1.6x 30-day avg of 435,745 shares
    ** All of the eight analysts covering the stock have a "buy"
or "strong buy"; median PT is 533 rupees - Refinitiv data
    ** Stock down 16% so far this year, up to last close
