much as 2.4% to NZ$10.700, their highest since Oct. 3, 2022
** Stock climbs for the third straight day, marking its
biggest one-day percentage gain since Dec. 20, 2023
** Retirement village operator reports 360 sales of
occupation rights for Q4
** Says quarterly results were at a record for both new
sales and resales
** Adds total settlements for the quarter were 30% higher
than Q4 2022
** Stock had risen 15.8% last year
