    * Q3 revenue rose 5.8 percent to $14.7 million 
    * Qtrly net interest margin declined 9 basis points compared 
to Q3 2015, and 8 basis points compared to linked quarter 
    * Qtrly net interest income and noninterest income, grew 3.4 
percent to $14.8 million compared to $14.3 million for Q3 2015
