4.17% to $9.25 premarket
    ** Reports Q2 EPS of 24 cents vs 21 cents a year earlier
    ** Q2 rev rises to $534.4 mln from $501.9 mln a year prior
    ** Co sees FY consolidated adj. EBITDA at the high end of
previous $250 mln-$265 mln range
    ** Up to last close, stock had risen nearly 3% YTD
