Jan 12 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on Monday:

** UniCredit  CEO Andrea Orcel has discussed potentially buying the stake in Monte dei Paschi di Siena (MPS)  held by Delfin in contacts with the head of the Italian holding company, three people close to the matter told Reuters

** British medical products maker Smith & Nephew  will buy U.S.-based Integrity Orthopaedics in a deal that could be valued at up to $450 million

** Brown & Brown-owned MGA Nexus Underwriting has acquired medical travel MGA Sure Insurance Services

 ** Malaysian conglomerate Sunway SWAY.KL launched a takeover bid for IJM Corp IJMS.KL in an attempt to acquire the construction firm for about 11 billion ringgit ($2.71 billion).

** Low-cost airline Allegiant  will acquire Sun Country Airlines  in a deal valued at about $1.5 billion, including debt, the companies said on Sunday.
