 * Voluntary announcement - memorandum of understanding in relation to the 
   possible acquisition  0580.HK  
 * One of the subsidiaries of the company entered into the memorandum of 
   understanding with the vendors 
 * MOU in respect of the possible acquisition. 
 * Pursuant to MOU, one of the subsidiaries of co may acquire shares held by vendors, representing 65% of issued share capital of target company
