** Sun Pharma Advanced Research SPRC.NS jumps 15% to 154.06 rupees; set for best day since January 2024

** Co says U.S. District Court granted summary judgment in favour of co in matter of issuance of Priority Review Voucher (PRV) associated with approval of Sezaby for treatment of neonatal seizures

** Adds court held USFDA's withholding of PRV was contrary to law because no drug product containing phenobarbital sodium was "previously approved" as that term is used in the statute

** More than 13.8 million shares traded, ~22.4x the 30 day avg

** YTD, SPRC down 28.2%
