Communications Systems jumps on near 20% rise in Q3 sales

** Communications Systems' shares  JCS.O  surges ~30% to
$5.97, touching over a three-year high and set for their best
day ever
    ** Oct. set to be stock's best month since early 2000; JCS
top gainer on the Nasdaq on Thursday
    ** Co, which provides connectivity infrastructure and
services for broadband network, reports a 19.2% rise in Q3 2019
consolidated sales at $18.2 mln, boosted by higher sales at its
Transition Networks and Net2Edge brands
    ** Also reports Q3 EPS of $0.19 vs. a loss of $0.17 a year
