Canada's Suncor Energy beats first-quarter profit estimates
May 5 (Reuters) - Canada's Suncor Energy SU.TO beat Wall Street estimates for first-quarter adjusted profit on Tuesday, boosted by higher commodity prices. The Calgary, Alberta-based company posted an adjusted profit of C$1.93 per share for the quarter ended March 31, compared with analysts' average estimate of C$1.79 per share, according to data compiled by LSEG.
