** Oil and gas producer to acquire Suncor Energy 's SU.TO offshore Canadian assets for $860 million and potential oil price related contingent consideration of up to $250 million 
** Co expects deal to grow 2P Production to 35-40 kboe/d by 2029
** Up to Friday's close, stock had risen above 66%, compared with a 5.34% YTD increase in FTSE 100
