Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

 

Further to the Company's announcement on 17 October 2025, Sunda Energy plc (AIM: SNDA), the AIM-quoted exploration and appraisal company focused on gas assets in Southeast Asia, announces that it has posted a Circular (containing a Notice of General Meeting) and form of proxy to Shareholders setting out further details regarding the proposed Subscription and the additional flexibility to allot Ordinary Shares in the Company as well as to grant rights to subscribe for or convert any securities into shares in the Company.

 

The General Meeting is due to be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT at 11 a.m. on 10 November 2025.
