Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

 

Further to the Company's announcement on 24 April 2025, Sunda Energy Plc (AIM:
SNDA), the AIM-quoted exploration and appraisal company focused on gas assets
in Southeast Asia, announces that it has posted a circular (containing a
notice of General Meeting) and form of proxy to shareholders setting out
further details regarding the issue of the Loan Notes, grant of the Warrants
and the  terms of the Farm-In Agreement.

 

The General Meeting is due to be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP,
Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT at 11:00 a.m. on 12 May 2025.
