India's Agro Tech climbs on approving license deal with Conagra Foods

** Shares of Agro Tech Foods  AGRO.NS  rise as much as 7.9%,
biggest single day gain in two months to 897 rupees apiece
    ** The packaged snacks foods maker approves executing new
license agreement with Conagra Foods RDM, a U.S. branded food
company
    ** Conagra agrees to continue the perpetual and exclusive
license for the Act II brand in India with AGRO
    ** AGRO will exclusively continue to use Act II brand in
India
    ** Conagra, who was one of the largest shareholders of AGRO,
exits its stake under the new agreement
    ** AGRO shares up 1.34% in 2024
