Complete Solar gains after emerging as winning bidder for SunPower assets

** Shares of renewable energy firm Complete Solar CSLR.O
up 11% at $2.33
** SunPower SPWRQ.PK chooses co as the prevailing bidder
for its assets after bankruptcy proceedings
** SunPower had filed for bankruptcy protection in U.S. and
had also agreed to sell few assets to CSLR for $45 mln
** CSLR says deal would be completed following a bankruptcy
court's final approval at a hearing on Sept. 23
** Co says it would also hire 1,000 SunPower employees
** Including the session's gains, stock is up 44.5% this
year
