Sunrise Communications down after 2nd largest investor sells shares

** Shares of Sunrise Communications SUNN.S fall 2.5% to CHF 40.6 after a bookrunner said Baupost would sell 4 million shares in the Swiss telecoms operator

** The investment firm, Sunrise's second-largest investor owning around 11.8% of shares, will sell nearly half of its stake through an accelerated bookbuilding offering priced at CHF 40.25 per share, the bookrunner said on Thursday

** The order book was heavily oversubscribed, the bookrunner added

** Sunrise declined to comment when contacted by Reuters

** Earlier in the session, the shares touched their lowest price since April 2025 at CHF 39.72
