Aelios to acquire Singapore's Suntec REIT in $2.53 bln deal

Dec 5 (Reuters) - Aelios Pte said on Thursday it will
acquire all shares it does not already own in Singapore's Suntec
Real Estate Investment Trust  SUNT.SI , valuing the real estate
company at S$3.39 billion ($2.53 billion).

($1 = 1.3410 Singapore dollars)
