Nov 3 (Reuters) - Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust  SUNT.SI : 
 * Suntec Reit Mtn Pte. Ltd launched and priced the s$105 million 2.83 per cent. notes due 2018 
 * Notes will be issued at an issue price of 100 per cent. of their principal amount and in denominations of s$250,000 
 * Net proceeds from the issue of the notes will be used for refinancing the group's existing borrowings
