   Superdry announces that Peter Sjölander,  Chair of the Board, has  stepped
   down as Chair  of the  Nomination Committee  and that  Helen Weir,  Senior
   Independent Director, has been appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee
   with effect from 9 June 2022.
