Superior Plus to acquire Certarus for $626 mln to expand low carbon fuels portfolio

Dec 22 (Reuters) - Superior Plus Corp  SPB.TO  will
acquire Certarus Ltd, the two companies said on Thursday, to
expand Superior's repertoire of low carbon fuels.
    The equity value of the deal is C$853 million ($626.24
million), with Superior also assuming Certarus' outstanding
senior bank credit and leases worth C$196 million.
($1 = 1.3621 Canadian dollars)
