Aussie Broadband hits near 5-month low as Jarden cuts rating on Telstra threat

** Shares of Aussie Broadband ABB.AX fall 4.6% to A$4.685, their lowest level since August 25, 2025

** Stock logs weakest trading session since November 18

** Jarden downgrades internet provider to "neutral" from "overweight", PT to A$5.25 from A$5.8

** Brokerage says ABB, peer Superloop SLC.AX will face headwinds from larger rival Telstra's TLS.AX  competitive response, which involved unbundling modems and collapsing visible price premiums

** Cuts ABB's EPS forecast by 1%, 5% and 6% for fiscals 2026, 2027 and 2028, respectively

** Jarden sees Superloop to be better positioned to beat lowered market expectations; retains "buy" but trims PT to A$3.25 from A$3.4

** SLC down 1.2% at A$2.39; TLS declines 0.3% to A$4.8

** ABB advanced 41.7% in 2025
