    ** Reports 6.4% Y/Y climb in Q4 profit while rev from ops
fell ~10% 
    ** Also approves sub-division of shares
    ** Declares dividend of 5 rupees per share
    ** About 218,500 shares change hands by 3:17 p.m. IST, 3x

    ** Stock last down 3.2%, cutting YTD gains to ~40%
