Result of AGM

 

Supreme (AIM:SUP), a leading manufacturer, supplier, and brand owner of
fast-moving consumer products, announces that all resolutions put to
shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, were
duly passed.

 

Resolutions 1 to 10 were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolutions 11 to 12
were passed as special resolutions. The results of the poll were as follows:

Notes:

 

·    As at 18 August 2022 (being the last practicable business day prior
to the publication of the notice of annual general meeting) the Company's
issued share capital consists of 116,627,074 ordinary shares of £0.10 each,
carrying one vote each. The Company did not hold any shares in treasury as at
that date. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as at 18 August
2022 were 116,627,074.
