Result of AGM

 

Supreme (AIM:SUP), a leading manufacturer, supplier, and brand owner of
fast-moving consumer products, announces that all resolutions put to
shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, were
duly passed.

 

Resolutions 1 to 10 were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolutions 11 to 13
were passed as special resolutions. The results of the poll were as follows:
