goods, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, were duly passed.
Resolutions 1 to 10 were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolutions 11 to 13

Battle Bites, and has recently expanded into the soft drinks market with the
acquisition of Clearly Drinks, adding established brands such as Perfectly
Clear and Northumbria Spring to its portfolio.
