NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Notice convening the Company's AGM and the Proxy form were also posted to
all shareholders on the 14(th) of August 2023.

The AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 12(th) of September 2023,
at the offices of Shard Capital Partners LLP, Floor 2, 70 St Mary's Axe,
London, EC3A 8BE.Access, can be gained via a conference call link which will
be announce prior to the meeting via RNS.

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be
obtained on request from the Company's registered office, Shard Capital
Partners LLP, Floor 2, 70 St Mary's Axe, London EC3A 8BE and have been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
