Issue of Equity & Change of Address

Sure Ventures plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has raised
gross proceeds of £ 475,000 by way of a private placing.  The Ordinary
Shares have been issued at 107.5p a share which was the closing mid-price on
the 31(st) of May 2022.

The money will be used for further investments, follow-on investment in Suir
Valley Ventures (ICAV) and general working capital purposes.

Application has been made in respect of Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on the Specialist Funds Segment of the Main Market of London Stock
Exchange plc ("Admission").  Admission will become effective and dealings in
the Ordinary Shares will commence at 8:00 a.m. (London time) on and around the
10(th) June 2022.

Following Admission, the Company will have 6,455,085 Ordinary Shares in issue.
The total number of voting rights of the Company will be 6,455,085. This
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company.
