Sure Ventures plc ('Sure Ventures' or 'the Company')

Net Asset Value as at 31(st) December 2021

Sure Ventures Plc, a venture capital fund which invests in early stage
software companies in the rapidly growing Augmented Reality ('AR'), Virtual
Reality ('VR'), Internet of Things ('IoT') and Artificial Intelligence ('AI')
sectors, is pleased to announce its unaudited, estimated NAV per share for the
period up to the 31(st) of December 2021

The previously published NAV as at the 30(th) of September 2021 was 107.22p
and at the close of business on the 31(st) of December 2021 it stood at
118.34p. This represents a 10.37% increase during the quarter.
