AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING-Meeting re-scheduled ("AGM")
The Company announces that the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements
for the year ended 31 March 2019 have been posted to those shareholders who
elected to receive hard copies. The Notice convening the Company's AGM and the
Proxy form were also posted to all shareholders.
The AGM of the Company will be held at Shard Capital Partners LLP, 23(rd)
Floor, 20 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BY on 30(th) of September 2019 at
14:00 BST. This is instead of the 26(th) of September 2019 as previously
released.
Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be
obtained on request from the Company's registered office, 23(rd) Floor, 20
Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BY and have been submitted to the National
Storage Mechanism.
A copy of the Company's Audited Financial Statements and AGM Notice are
