Results of AGM 2024

 

Sure ventures PLC is a London listed venture capital fund which invests in
early stage software companies in the rapidly growing technology areas of
Augmented reality ('AR'), Virtual reality ('VR'), Internet of Things ('IoT')
and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The results of the AGM held on the 10(th)
of  September 2024 at 51 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7DQ

-All resolutions contained in the notice of the AGM were duly passed on a show
of hands

-The number of shares represented at the meeting and voted on were 4,395,857

Copies of all special resolutions numbered 10 to 11 will be made available
for inspection from the National storage mechanism
