** Shares of electric aircraft charter company Surf Air Mobility SRFM.N rise 4.5% to $2.5 premarket ** Co says will invest $22.4 million by the end of 2026 into Mokulele Airlines operations ** Investment to maintain service reliability, improve customer experience and optimize the network for the deployment of advanced aircraft - SRFM ** Adds that Mokulele, which provides interisland flights in Hawaii, will add seven new daily roundtrips starting Q1 2026 ** Surf Air debuted on NYSE in July 2023 at $5 per share, below its reference price of $20 (Reporting by Aishwarya Jain in Bengaluru) ((Aishwarya.Jain@thomsonreuters.com;))
