** SGRY reports adj Q4 profit of 44 cents/share vs analysts' estimate of 38 cents/share

     ** Co forecats 2025 revenue in the range of $3.30 bln to $3.45 bln; analysts on average expect 2025 revenue of $3.38 bln

** Stock has fallen 22.8% in the past 12 months
