The Company was notified on 18 March 2016 that, on that day, Paul Hardy, Non-Executive Director, acquired 650,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Shares"). The Shares were purchased at a price of 1.60 pence per Share. 
Following the transaction, the beneficial holding of Paul Hardy in the Company is 650,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
