The Company was notified on 11 November 2019 that on 6 November 2019 Paul Hardy, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2.5p per Share. 
 
Following the transaction, the combined beneficial holding of Paul Hardy is 7,108,711 Shares, representing approximately 0.89% of the issued share capital of the Company.
