Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Surgical Innovations Group plc (AIM: SUN), the designer, manufacturer and
distributor of innovative medical technology for minimally invasive surgery
("MIS"), was notified on 24 May 2023 that, on 24 May 2023, Janis Glenn (wife
of Jonathan Glenn, Non-executive Director) purchased 1,315,482 ordinary shares
of 1p each in Surgical Innovations ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.28
pence per share.

 

Following this transaction, Jonathan Glenn (including his Persons Closely
Associated) has a beneficial holding in the Company of 1,315,482 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.001% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
