Directorate Changes
The Board of Surgical Innovations announces the appointment of Chris Rea as the Company's Interim Managing Directorwith immediate effect. 
Mike Thornton continues as Finance Director and Company Secretary of Surgical Innovations and will also act as CEO of Surgical Innovations Ltd.
In line with an earlier Board decision to reduce the number of Directors given the current size of the Company, ColinGlass and Ray Simkinsstep down as Non-Executive Directors ofSurgical Innovations with immediate effect.
Doug Liversidge Chairman expressed on behalf of theBoard his sincerethanks to Colin and Ray for theirdedicated support of the Company overmany years.
Professor Mike McMahon remains a Non-Executive Director of Surgical Innovations and Clinical Advisorto the Company.
