Notice of results and Change of Annual General Meeting 2020 Date
 
Surgical Innovations Group plc (AIM: SUN), the designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative technology for minimally invasive surgery, announces that it will release its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2020, on Tuesday 8 September 2020. 
 
The Company also announces a revised Annual General Meeting ('AGM') date to that previously notified. The Board now intends to convene the AGM as a closed meeting at the Company's offices at Clayton Wood House, 6 Clayton Wood Bank, Leeds, LS16 6QZ at 11:00 am on Friday 18 September 2020. The health and safety of the Company's shareholders, as well as its employees and customers, is of paramount importance and  due to the ongoing restrictions imposed by the Government on public gatherings, it will not be possible for the shareholders to attend the AGM in person 
 
An electronic copy of the annual report is available at the Company's website, www sigroupplc com, and hard copies have been sent to shareholders. The notice of the AGM, containing the resolutions being put to shareholders and explanatory notes, will be sent to shareholders shortly.
