Brief: Surteco proposes dividend increase of 14 pct for 2015

April 29 (Reuters) - Surteco SE  SURG.DE : 
    * Proposes dividend increase of 14 pct for 2015 
    * Confidence for 2016: modest sales increase anticipated and 
significant improvement in EBIT to 38 million - 42 million euros 
    * FY sales at 638.4 million euros ($726.24 million)(2014: 
618.5 million euros) 
    * FY net profit after tax amounted to 17.7 million euros, 
which translates into earnings per share of 1.14 euros 
    * Achieved an increase in FY earnings before financial 
result and income tax (EBIT) of 13 pct to 31.1 million euros 
compared with 2014 
    * Is forecasting a further slight improvement in sales for 
group for 2016
