** Shares of Suryoday Small Finance Bank  SURO.NS  rise as
much as 7.7% to 173.50 rupees
    ** In its Q2 update, SURO said on Wednesday provisional
gross advances rose 29% Y/Y, while provisional disbursement
jumped 43% Y/Y
    ** Co added its provisional total deposit for Q2 rose 52%
Y/Y
    ** Stock is witnessing its most active trading session since
Aug. 11, with more than 1.5 mln shares changing hands by 11:54
a.m. IST, 2.7x 30-day avg
    ** Stock last up 5.8%, bumping YTD gains to about 40%
