Software firm SUSE to be taken private by majority shareholder Marcel

Frankfurt-listed software solutions provider SUSE SA
SUSEG.DE said on Thursday that it would be taken private by
its majority shareholder Marcel LUX III SARL for an offer price
of 16 euros ($17.37) per share.
Marcel will subsequently merge SUSE with an unlisted
Luxembourg company, the software firm said in a statement.
