The Company announces that it has received today notification that on 4 August 2021 the share register is updated for shares allotted under the Equity Raise, as confirmed at the General Meeting on 30 July 2021 that Directors (together with their connected family interests) interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each are

The Company's Executive Chairman, Philip Beinhaker, and Chief Operating Officer, Corey Beinhaker, have no direct shareholdings in the Company. FB Investors LLP, a Company jointly held by Beinhaker Design Services Limited (in which Corey Beinhaker holds 100% of the share capital) and 1895 Management Group ULC, increased its holding from 84,231,750 shares (72.65%) before the Equity Raise to 94,746,750 shares (72.91%) after the Equity Raise.
