Directorate change, Notice of Results
Sutton Harbour Holdings plc, the AIM-listed marine and waterfront regeneration specialist announces that Jason Schofield has decided to resign as Chief Executive Officer. Jason will remain with the business until July 2018 to ensure an orderly transition.
Philip Beinhaker, who was appointed non-executive Chairman, on 23 January 2018, following the successful Partial Offer by FB Investors LLP, will become Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Since his appointment, Philip has taken a close interest in the business and has the experience to continue to drive the business forward.
The Board has begun a review of its composition and structure. The review, led by non-executive Directors, Graham Miller and Sean Swales, will consider the commercial requirements of the business, optimising resources and corporate governance. This may, or may not, lead to a further appointment in due course.
Thanking Mr Schofield for seven years as Chief Executive Officer, Philip Beinhaker commented "Jason has been very helpful in the management of the transition arising from the change in ownership and direction of the Company in the pursuit of the active development of the regeneration of assets."
The Company expects to release its results for the year to 31 March 2018 during the week beginning Monday 25 June 2018.
