SAO PAULO, Dec 26 (Reuters) - Brazilian pulpmaker Suzano SUZB3.SA said on Thursday it had not reached any agreement nor made any decision regarding a deal with Clearwater Paper CLW.N , after Bloomberg News reported last week that Suzano was exploring an offer for the U.S. firm.
